Обязанности

• Content writing
• Reporting (check and analyze website traffic and sales using website analytics)
• Software testing for quality control
• Customer support (respond to customer feedback, inquiries or complaints by email)
• Social media marketing

Требования

• University degree
• Close to native writing skills in Spanish
• Proactive work ethic, self-sufficiency
• Previous work experience
• IT skills is a plus
