A company based in the USA specializes in fluid handling systems and components in different industries as well as in construction, is looking for a Business Development Specialist

Requirements

  • Technical/commercial degree (minimally high school + 2 years)
  • Ability to find new customer and new market “specific application, striping”
  • Commercial ability and awareness
  • Good communication skill at different levels
  • Ability to work with application materials (paints and allied products)
  • Available for travelling
  • Ability to administer/self discipline and management
  • languages : English, Russian
  • Good business knowledge
  • Live in Russia ( Europe can be possible if opportunity with a good candidate )

Responsibilities

  • Works with accounts in assigned territory to promote GRACO products and maintain necessary inventory levels
  • Uses need-satisfaction selling skills in establishing sales call objectives, making calls, and closing on the call objectives
  • Provides sales management with input for quota setting and reprojections
  • Present new/upgraded products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales and market share
  • Develop a time and territory plan that supports the marketing plan, and submits monthly reports to summarize results
  • Remains alert to competitive factors and influences in the assigned territory and reports developments to supervisor or marketing
  • Represents GRACO at painter meetings and distributor shows to explain and demonstrate features and benefits of CED products and sells to contractors
  • Makes equipment recommendations and recommendations on effective striping techniques to distributors and end users
  • Conducts product demonstrations to distributors and end users
  • Participates in evaluating the addition or deletion of distributors in the assigned territory, and makes recommendations to the supervisor
  • Works with existing distributor to further develop business
  • Develops the activity through new customer
  • Maintains accounts in resolving delivery, return, service complaints, document complaints and corrective actions
  • Provide thorough, timely, hands-on training for paint store personnel and distributor equipment sales personnel in the operation and basic troubleshooting of CED equipment
  • Thorough training of paint store personnel in selecting the best equipment recommendations to end users
  • Training paint store salespeople on need satisfaction selling skills, in order to more effectively promote the features and benefits to GRACO CED equipment
  • Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of CED equipment and applications
  • Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of competitive equipment
  • Manages assigned territories in compliance with GRACO policies and procedures
  • Conducts maintenance activities for key accounts and more directly manages smaller accounts
  • Submit timely and complete reports and paperwork, including activity reports
  • Identifies and communicates to CED marketing opportunities for new products, product modifications, and new applications for existing product
  • Co-ordinates solution to product operation, service and delivery problems
  • Maintains a demo equipment account in a saleable and presentable condition
  • Manages expenses within agreed limits
