Requirements

Requirements:

Successful experience of working as CEO / COO in industrial energy companies with real achievements of goals is required (the company developed and brought planned profit);

  • Achieving your goals (under your leadership, companies developed and made planned profits);
  • Broad professional outlook, understanding of various segments of the economy;
  • Experience in digital business transformation - confident use of modern IT technologies in various processes;
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of organization of work of production and commercial units of the company;
  • Knowledge of modern management techniques and experience in their successful application (people, business processes, finance, sales, costs, etc.);
  • Successful experience in both strategic and operational management;
  • High competencies, talent and wisdom in the field of people management;
  • Ability to find mutual understanding and achieve synergy when working together with successful, ambitious and experienced managers;
  • Responsibility, decency, active life position, purposefulness, developed intelligence, consistency and breadth of thinking;
  • Fluent English


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Full coordination of company management activities, including business planning, economics, finance, HR, IT, achievement of business goals by the company's divisions;
  • Organization of activities of all divisions to meet financial plans, reduce costs and losses;
  • Controlling P&L, CF, timely response to deviations from the plan;
  • Building a system of performance indicators and motivational schemes for the team;
  • Evaluation and selection of key managers;
  • Optimization and digital transformation of business processes.
