In connection with the opening of an office in Yekaterinburg, the foreign IT company is looking for communication specialists.

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, experience in translating technical texts (PC, Internet)
• Fluency in two foreign languages
• Close to native writing skills in the market language (English plus German or French or Japanese)
• Very good knowledge of English (for English not being the market language) - Excellent IT skills (E-mail, Internet, mobile applications)
• Extreme attention to details (spelling and grammar), communication skills, stress tolerance

Responsibilities

• Content writing and translation:
• Create quality content for the website (including SEO optimization)
• Translate existing content from English to market language
• Rewrite or update existing content
• Proofread newly created or existing content
• Customer support:
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, inquiries or complaints by email (no telephone calls)
• Research answers or solutions as needed
• Software:
• Software translation from English to target language
• Software testing for quality control
• Reporting:
• Check and analyze website traffic and sales using website analytics
• Monthly reporting to supervisor about most common feedback, inquiries or complaints
• Marketing:
• Develop online marketing strategies to promote the software
• Netlinking to optimize traffic and sales
• Design, build, promote and maintain social media presence
• Collaborate with other websites
