LED Business Development Specialist

About

A company based in the USA specializes in fluid handling systems and components in different industries as well as in construction, is looking for a Business Development Specialist for an Eastern part of Russia.

Requirements

  • Commercial / Technical degree or min 5 years of successful relevant experience
  • Min 3 years of successful B2B sales experience at related environment (industrial, mining, oil & gas etc)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, solution oriented, ability to work in an independent position
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence all levels of an organization
  • Skills in planning, prioritizing, problem solving and decision-making
  • Available for traveling at least 60 % of the time
  • Russian and English fluency
  • Previous experience with high-quality / premium lubrication equipment (Automatic Lubrication Systems, Fluid Management System, lubrication workshop equipment) is welcome
  • Established relationship within lubrication market is welcome

Responsibilities

  • Identify, meet and develop customer requirements, build long-term effective communication with channel partners, facilitate implementation of strategies and tactic plans within assigned area
  • Support and train existing partners commercially and technically
  • Initiate and join distributor's visits to end users to expand Market awareness and customer satisfaction
  • Regularly visit key potential end users, channel partners and events to investigate needs and demand
  • Develop longterm professional relationship with key players per each assigned market segment
  • Prepare and adjust annual objectives, quarterly activities and business plan
  • Daily reporting on progress with projects and on-going activities via CRM (Sales Force)
